Policy drivers of renewable energy expansion in India
Project Status:
Ongoing
The ongoing study, in collaboration with Indian School of Business, investigates the exponential rise in wind installed capacity across Indian states from 2001–2010 and shows that it is a function of the interaction between the international Clean Development Mechanism and two domestic policy instruments. The findings highlight how multi-scalar policy pathways enable renewable energy outcomes.
