Landscape, Livelihoods and Conservation
The work of the Landscape, Livelihood, and Conservation (LLC) programme is focused on examining ecosystem processes across different types of landscapes (ranging from arid and semi-arid grasslands to Savannah and moist forests). The programme is also involved in studying the different ‘natural’ and ‘social’ drivers that feed into and affect these processes.
