Harshit Mishra
I am a curious environmental researcher with an interdisciplinary background in the environment. My aim is to learn and work on issues at the interface of Development, Pastoralism, Environmental Policy, Human-Animal Interactions (Coexistence) and Environmental History in the Himalayan landscape. I am keen on including an interdisciplinary approach to my work and have a working knowledge of the ecological and social sciences. I aim to have a combination of knowledge generation and on-ground action as part of my work.

1. A Critical Analysis of the Edeyarahalli - Doddasampige (ED) Corridor Securement Project: A Review of Multi-Stakeholder Interrelations, Participation and Action (as part of C3: Interdisciplinary Perspectives Course)
2. Socio-Economic Conditions of a Displaced Solega Community in two parts of Northern Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary, Karnataka (as part of Qualitative Methods Course)
3. Documentary- People, Lakes and their Evolving Relationships: A case of two lakes in Bengaluru, one under municipality and the other not under it (as part of Environmental Sociology Course)

1. Title: Quantification of wing shape to estimate convergence in flight morphology of mimetic butterflies (assigning landmarks in tpsdig software to generate data on wing shape)
